The Gentlemen's Collective Group was assembled to change the narrative of not only how young men are viewed in today's society but, more importantly…how they view themselves. We believe that a solid foundation is an essential ingredient in creating a fulfilled life. With the insurmountable amount of distractions, it's mandatory that we give these young men the proper tools, including but not limited to entertainment, finances & mental health, to scratch the surface.
Romeo Brown is the founder of GCG & said that the inspiration behind the company was "Growing up in the entertainment industry, I felt like I was playing with a full deck. My parents were supportive, and I was confident, smart & charismatic. Those attributes weren't nurtured properly; at that time, I needed someone that had been down the road I was so eager to travel to guide me. We intend to do that for these young gentlemen.”
When coming from ghetto's or less favorable communities, to dream BIG is frowned upon. It seems so unattainable when you're on the ground floor looking up. This company was created to act as binoculars to the youth so that those dreams that look so far away are now in arms reach & crystal clear. This program is for anyone who grew up on the downside of advantage & depending strictly on courage.

Advocacy Director of GCG. With a soft hand and a gentle heart, Channing's essential function is to bring her supportive nature to GCG's platform helping it to see its potential through uplifting, nurturing and motivating, staff and participants. Beyond GCG, Channing is the founder and CEO of SiX21 Development, a real estate development consulting company based in Los Angeles, specializing in property analysis and strategic planning. Six21 has a core mission to help current property owners retain ownership and realize the potential of their real assets through sustainable and creative development strategies. By preserving ownership, we can preserve our communities.
