Our Mission

We provide a space for likeminded men who gather weekly to create platforms for underprivileged youths in the creative arts. Our organization will specialize directing, film, and writing.

Gentleman’s Collective Group aims to guide our youths (especially those who are living in challenging environments) to recognize and reach their full potential as members of our community.  Through our community building programs, young adolescents are given the tools and support necessary to make positive choices during a critical period in their lives. 

We aim to attract the attention of young minority participants by combining film, arts, and technology training with basic life skills, character building, and educational resources to increase the number of minority men in film and television.  Our participants will be encouraged to hold careers that will benefit both themselves and the greater community. Our goal is to create program initiatives that support “at-risk” youths by creating positive structures in their lives that will ultimately help promote civic responsibility in the future.

We offer guidance and mentor the development of each person’s creative, mental, physical, emotional, and social well-being. With encouraging lessons of good sportsmanship, personal accountability, and self-esteem, our organization believes that these are essential qualities for individuals to develop so that they may live productive, self-sufficient, happy, and fulfilling lives.  We are committed to nurturing lasting relationships with our client families, staff, volunteers, donors, and the communities we serve.
